At Shirtvance, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with each purchase. However, if you are not entirely happy with your order, we encourage you to carefully review our return policy. Our policy allows returns within 15 days from the date you receive your package. Unfortunately, once the 15-day period has passed, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. Please note that we only accept returns for defective products, and due to the nature of our products, we do not accept exchanges under any circumstances.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and returned in the original packaging. We kindly ask that before sending any items back, you first contact us via email at [email protected] to receive detailed instructions on how to proceed with your return.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo an inspection to determine its condition. After this inspection, we will send you an email notifying you of the status of your return, whether it has been approved or rejected. If your return is approved, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment, and depending on your financial institution, it may take several business days for the credit to be reflected in your account.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

In case you have not received your refund within the expected time frame, we recommend you first check your bank account and then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. Additionally, you may want to contact your bank to inquire about any further delays in processing.
